I experienced a crisis recently. After some consideration over my romantic history (which is close to non-existent), I came to the conclusion that I’ll probably be single for my entire high school career. I talked with a friend and we were complaining how Mr. Right wasn’t out there. But then I realized that I’ve been perfectly fine these past two years without a guy and I’ll be fine without one the next two years. I don’t need a guy to compliment me or make me feel “special”. I don’t need a guy to take me out on dates and pay for my shit. And I definitely do not need a guy to define my worth. I’m capable of doing all that myself so no more moping for me! Back to being Miss. Independent again!!!
