I hate it when people take advantage of your kindness. You know that they put in extra effort to maintain a good relationship with other people but with you, they don’t struggle at all. They assume that you’re ok with being put last since you don’t speak out against it. Yet, with people they hardly know, acquaintances, they try so hard to make a lasting impression, to try and hang out, to get to know them better.

Is it the lack of pride? Because I’m willing to talk to you first, make plans with you first, make sure that you’re happy, does that make me indifferent to you? Just know that I’m not a patient person and I won’t stay here forever, waiting and hoping that you’ll notice I’m in the dark. One day, I’ll get up and walk away and you’ll realize that I’m not so replaceable after all.
